Yeah that’s what i’m upset with honestly…I waited through classic and TBCC for RDF. It wasn’t in the game then, so I didn’t expect it, but now we get to Wrath and still no RDF.
Just put it in already, the forums are full of people who want it.

RDF isn’t in Classic era. Go there.
If I didn’t want death knights I wouldn’t be playing wrath. Death knights are a product of WotLK, so is RDF.

Retail uses the crappy LFG tool that they gave us. the ORIGINAL Wrath on the other hand uses RDF. Sounds like you’re the one that needs to go to retail.

It’s amazing how many sides there are to this argument. At first you don’t get it. Now I see why 85% of this forum is talking about this.
This is the retail wrath experience. The devs clearly said the loot bags for tanks and healers was originally added in Cata. The new lfg tool is mostly from retail. Mythics are from retail. I’m looking for the original wrath experience.

I finally decided to come back and play WoTLK classic, but I was extremely disappointed to find out that you did not add the random dungeon finder. Instead you added some listing tool that nobody uses. I have found a group for 2 dungeons throughout TBC, it was a pain to spam chat and lost myself at the same time. This community that you talk about does not exist.
I spent level 60-68 doing AV and quests, and it was a ghost town, no real people at all. The majority of them were bots and there weren’t many. I was able to do 2 dungeons.
Now I am in WoTLK zones, absolutely no one is doing Utgarde Keep. Do you think I’m going to continue to pay monthly? I can’t get in any dungeons, nobody is on… why did you think limiting us to one server was ever going to be a good idea? Can you explain that? Because I don’t see how that’s even remotely possible. The whole point of the random dungeon finder was so that there would be more people around.
I won’t be renewing my subscription unless you add it. By the time you do, everyone will be so far ahead I won’t bother playing at all.

The current, accessible version of Vanilla IS called Classic Era, by both players AND Blizzard. Not sure what you’re getting at here.

And yes, “Classic Era” is 1-60 vanilla. (that got shut down due to lack of interest)
“SoM” is Vanilla with changes.
“Classic WoW” or “Wrath Classic” or “Wrath Reforged” is what we have today.
“Retail” is modern version of Wow, aka Dragonflight.
Raisin didn’t come up with these on his own accord.

No You want RDF, I don’t want that crap in Classic.
You probably also want xmog, gold coin, achiv sharing, mount sharing, etc. in classic, I don’t want any of that crap in classic.
Finally you’ll probably want hit rating, expertise, defense rating and all of those stuff to be removed so the game feels easier to understand to your retaily brain, but I don’t want any of that crap in classic.

Achievement sharing? If you earned an achievement on a character it means you’re capable of doing the achievement, what’s the issue here? Why are you against this?
Mount Sharing? Again, if you earned someone on a character you’ve earned it what’s the issue here?
You say you don’t want anything, but we all know you’re not gonna quit when Cata Classic comes out.
Or maybe you will, who knows. It looks like you didn’t even step into Wrath given you’re still 70.

Let characters experience RDF in a PTR and you will see many more pros rather than cons, anything to make a player feel like they are not wasting their time by waiting up to 2 hours to form a dungeon. Dungeons are not encouraged in the current iteration of the game especially in low population realms, this is a toxic, poisonous tool that needs improvement before it keeps ruining things.
