Hope they listen . ED in reality was it’s own WoW you have to have thick skin to be part of the server or just stay low key .
It seems everyone has their own ED and well for my time ED was my natural high . Getting on and ganking and getting people mad they rally up others to chase me was fun and funny.
Hope with the next expansion it brings back people. I personally wish I was back playing with the crew I knew #ShrekSquad . I haven’t played WoW for a year now or more maybe.

You want ED back? Then tell all the Horde and Alliance guilds to stop cowardly hiding with WM Off. Stop hosting literally every single event with WM Off.
The option of WM on or off didn’t kill ED. The players themselves killed ED by cowardly choosing to play WM off. Avoid conflict and grief. Avoiding faction and guild rivalries so you can farm and quest uncontested with no conflict because you are a coward.

Warmode didn’t kill WPvP.
Those that chose to harass other players through the scape goat of “PVP Happened” killed WPvP.

Warmode, Phasing, shards, loss of actual servers (communities) that were specific interest like PVE, PVP, RPpvp, RP. This is all that Ruined Wpvp. Now with phasing people can bring multiple 40-man raids to ANY server that turn into a huge pixel show and is not worth it.
I always said if you don’t like to be ganked then go to a PVE server but we no longer have that choice and I am not sure if we ever will. I’ll see most of you in Wrath if I decide to play it again.

Said it before, most of the people that made ED what it was, left before Warmode was ever a thing, because they got tired of that kind of stuff.
WRA/MG RP Exodus of Legion comes to mind.

If I recall a big part of RP-PVP servers was responding to attacks on a guilds territories. This was somewhat broken by the World Defense channel no longer working in game. You could be away from your territory and respond if you saw it being attacked. This is just one part that Blizzard needs to fix to bring back some of that magic.

I played ED from birth to death and I can guarantee you are 100% wrong lol. The lifeblood of ED was not the role playing cry babies, but rather the ruthless WPvP that motivated them to cry was what fueled ED.
This is a very stupid response, and you should feel stupid for saying it. Tbh the obvious truth is an influx of people like you, in tantum with a change in culture, is precisely what killed ED. You corny low lifes got what you wanted, a glorified chatroom devoid of any substance. Enjoy, lol…

Lluagor whenever you post my mind becomes very scatter brained with numerous responses to every point you make. It’s very easy to dismantle everything you say 90% of the time, because the points you make are just so blatantly dumb. You clearly are not an analytical or insightful person, and seem to struggle with simple concepts. I’m going to safely conclude that you were just unfortunately born with low IQ and talking to you is a huge waste.

WPVP was what made ED so much fun. The RP guilds gave you a reason to fight out in the world. Gave you a reason to log in every day outside of the usual gear grind. The passion is what I missed. I didn’t really care about the trolling or what have you. We all had our persona’s that made us stand out back in the day.
The bottom line is. All this sharding, warmode, not having a choice. That is what killed the world, server community, and enthusiasm to actually try to engage in WPVP. It is why I don’t log in anymore. ED feels like a husk compared to the MOP days. But maybe Dragonflight will make it return in some fashion.
