We still don't even know what broke the arbiter

Aren’t the night elves settling on Mount Hyjal now?

I am wondering what the plan is with Azshara. If we assume what she said was true about about betraying N’Zoth, what power could she now seek and harness? Her people are basically ‘stuck’ as Naga, but since her being freed in Ny’alotha we haven’t really checked in on what her defeat, and subsequent assistance in killing N’Zoth, have actually done to their future and dispositions.

I’m also an absolute Naga shill that really wants to play as a Siren.

This is why I mentioned the Nathrezim.

They are agents of death, I’m sure they set something up in Antorus to intercept Argus’ soul when he died or perhaps some kind of device was activated upon his death.

Mal’ganis straight up mentions Argus as a pawn in cosmic chess in the 9.1 campaign.

Naturally they dont go to the shadowlands, but something was tampered with involving Argus to blue screen the arbiter.

I really don’t like when authors of ongoing stories create some new villain that turns out to have been orchestrating things for multiple chapters of story, and especially when they pull the “I was manipulating you all along! Everything has gone according to my plan!” Our characters are already a bunch of non-stop figurative tools considering the nonsense the devs have us do, do they have to be literal ones too?
