Through world quests that people ONLY do to buy this gear for use in other forms of pvp. Nobody is doing these quests and buying the gear to actually world pvp.
I buy the consumables so I can aoe 1 shot on my fury war in wpvp…

It has been extremely common knowledge that world pvp is dead/doesnt actually exist for a decade+. If your choosing to ignore that for the sake of argument than whatever man.
Wpvp can still be had. I still partake in some good wpvp a few times a week.
