I have established several times this gears purpose is not “world pvp” it is acquired through world questing for use in other forms of pvp otherwise these quests would never be done by the masses.

Also, pvpwq grant 50 blood token regardless of the posted reward per completion and they reset almost every day so you’re guaranteed around 105 blood tokens.

Placing the vendors in the game with the gear would have been great. Anyone considering purchases last week could have seen what it would have cost them in terms of higher tier gear/grinding time. Changes like this are probably around 10,423 on the “ways to do things a bit better list”.
