The weapon on the top floor is not showing up, I can get the other 2 , I have abandoned the quest and picked it up again and that does not fix it.

I am having the same issue the one on the bottom floor by the front gate keeps phasing out when i walk up to it. when i leave and try to fly back i keep getting the transfer aborted thing and it drops me off.
I'm having the same problem as Lereon and it's infuriating. I've got the other two, but once you step onto the concrete which changes the area from Ravencourt to Black Rook Hold, the quest item phases out.
There's a chest over there, too, that I can't get because the whole side area phases out.

Currently also having this issue. Standing at the front ledge where the weapons are, but this side phases out. Same for the nearby treasure chest. So, can't complete Insurrection questline.
So, if you go to Bradenbrook, and ride back into the front of BRH, it seems to clear that up. i was able to go through stairs and up, and then over to the item and get it.
I was also having trouble with phasing at the bottom southern beacon and leaving BRH and coming back didn't solve it. I had another quest in the same area called "Restoration: The Bradensbrook Investigation" and after completing it, the area stopped phasing and I was able to place the last beacon.
As of today, it is still bugged... The southern most one get phased out soon as I approach it...
I am having this issue as well. It's the pile of weapons in the southernmost part of Black Rook Hold. I submitted the bug, as I'm sure others on this thread have done, and I thought I might have better luck after today's rolling restarts. Well, I guess not.
god, this problem still exists. i even completed every quest here in BRH. IT JUST KEEPS DISAPPEARING!
I'm having the same problem as well. Mine is the cache by the gates.

I also had a restoration quest, read your comment went and finished it, went back to finish my quest it worked fine , so it has to do with anyone who has the restoration quest I am thinking =) thanks !!
I don't have the restoration quest, and I am experiencing this bug, nothing I do seems to be able to fix it.
Happening to me right now. Submitted a ticket. Will see what happens.

I abandoned the quest and the beacon and weapons stopped phasing as well!

Abandoning the quest Holy: The Bradensbrook Investigation did NOT work for me. Instead, I had to complete it all the way through the return to Dalaran. After doing so, the correct phase was selected for my character.
My Restoration Shaman had Artifact Quest near by the area.
After all questline has done, I could touch the last one.

I also had this issue, and abandoning the Holy: The Bradensbrook Investigation quest DID work for me. I had to fly a little ways away and then fly back, and I didn't have the issue with the weapons phasing anymore. I was able to complete We Need Weapons with no problems after that.

I know this is way later but im having this problem now and was curious if you ever figured it out, i do not have any quests or world quest near it and its frustrating.
Same issue for me. I've abandoned all other quests, and no go.
