Eh. Anduin and Sylvanas was always a deviantart fanfic story to be honest. Little Lion Anduin gets all jittery around his non-existent older sister’s emo goth phase Avril Lavigne Sk8r Ch1c wannabe “FOR THE HORDE” yelling friend with the freaky eyebrows and floppy ears. Then she visits for a sleepover and it’s all “What have you been doing in the bathroom for the past hour? I’m coming in!.. What are you DOING Step Bro?”

yes yes that is great and all.
That’s always bugged me with how Blizzard can write Anduin like that.
Once the weight of the crown is placed on your head, it stays on (symbolically) until death, a monarch has responsibilities, obligations, Anduin just comes and goes from the job as he pleases, it’s maddening. Anduin acts like he’s the only tortured soul who has lost someone, gimmie a break.
Stormwind needs a new King or Queen. Not another boring council like the Horde loves to do, an actual monarch who is there for their people.
As for Sylvanas, she needs to die, her existence threatens her return. Tyrande gave into peer pressure in the end, so let someone like Shandris do the job, make it quick and clean, no monologuing, just justice.
