I am starting to get it.
Unlike other raids where you can just toggle hardmode on, in Ulduar, hardmode is activated by certain activity, which in certain fights requires efforts made by beyond-average players. Therefore, giving loot that became available only thanks to beyond-average players to average players is not fair.
Am I correct in my understanding?

My best guess was that the OP was complaining that normal modes were an option and he only wanted one difficulty, the harder difficulty, that way the players had to be better to get things.
That’s the only way I can make any sense out of anything.
Either way this thread brought me joy for how nonsensical its been.
i thikn he means nerf hardmodes and yes i agree nerf the hardmodes so they are more accessible
