Trust me I know. I’ve been playing 3v3 and I swear 75%+ of my games are against dh/dk. It’s exhausting dropping every defensive I have on cd to just stay in the fight while spamming healing surge constantly. Just pray they don’t actually attempt to cc me effectively while they zug my teammate into the ground.
DK is the bane of my existence… constant grips. CC. stuns. silences. AMS, cant peel them. cant do anything.

They took the shining force knock back from priest and gave it to mages, then told us they didn’t want us to have it because other classes had it.
Blinding Sleet break on damage as much as fear does too.
I didn’t mention sleet in my post but my fears break to 1 tick of dots and meanwhile I can eat like 40% or my health in a sleet and it won’t break
It’s not AMS. AMS is a 5 sec shield on a 1 minute CD that you can even be damaged through before the time is up. Rune of spell warding is what is literally passively tanking 700k-1mil magic damage an arena.
Yes its super broken into casters but unfortunately melees like Feral, Monk, Warrior, and even hunters tear DKs apart since the only thing a DK has to negate them is IBF which is 8 sec of 30% damage reduction on a 3 min CD (2min if talented). I know if feels bad when the caster feels like the rock to the DKs paper but most melees are DKs scissors.
If spell warden’s passive non counterplay shielding was removed and Death Strikes Disarmable, Kitable, stunable healing button press was buffed it wouldn’t be such rock paper scissors.
Also Frost DK might exist.
Sleet is a Frost DK ability that the other DKs got given to them in the general talent tree. It doesn’t break as easy to give Frost DKs remorseless winter stun time to hit or for the other person to land their CC for the frost go.
It does feel broken and out of place in the Unholy kit as a stand alone CC. It would also feel bad to have to spend a point on it in the Frost tree.
Spellwarden is the obvious offender.
Some of the talents probably could be looked at like Proliferating Chill and Death’s Echo. Necrotic Wounds stacking with other healing debuffs is also problematic.
Whenever a class is strong people just complain about everything as if the class doesn’t deserve to have any tools. Classes need strong tools to be viable.
There should be no “anti” anything. Counters aren’t good for the game. They’ll always exist to some degree just because of the complexity, but nothing should ever be intentionally designed to beat certain other classes.
The “anti-caster” thing is so ridiculous to me. Half of the physical/melee specs do magic damage now too.
Spellwarding just has to go.
The fact that I can walk into a shuffle game and just go 0-6 because it’s against 3 casters and 6-0 because it’s 3 physical damage dealers is probably an intentional design decision.
Old fire mage woukd rng disarm melee any time they were attacked, automatically dispel amm snares on itself while increasing movement speed, and could rng cast instant pyros that would do 35% ish of your health, ontop of having DB
Oh this happens to me but 1 dk is enough to make that swing unless both the other DPS are also owned by that 1 dk in the two games he’s on my team
The amount by which dk passively makes it impossible to position or play to win against other specs is absurd. They get so much undeserved value out of being an inviable target themselves
Do casters just want melee classes to be immobile PvP training dummies they nuke for 5-10 seconds and receive rating? I don’t get it.
Caster mobility all time high, defensives all time high, moving damage profile all time high… but one single class gets a temporary shield that prevents you from 100-0’ing them and the sky is falling.

Or did you read your combat log once and see Touch of Death (48,000 damage) (270,000 overkill) and think that’s actually how hard the ability hits for?

AMS has forever been OP, idk why people are so excited about it now, you can cover most of your burst as dk with it and ibf, of course if they remove ams they’re 100% getting another grip or more mobility, cc/root/snare immunity is just how dk plays

Which melee is this lol if like to know a charge and leap, dk has wraith walk paladin has the worst movement in game. Rogues havent chsnged dh havent changed feral hasnt changed ao im confused what extra movement they got
