Because that point is irrelevant, people don’t care about RDF because of the daily quest being included in it. They care about RDF for the group forming.

Actually it was not irrelevant at all, since it was a direct response to:
I was highlighting something that RDF does change that there’s no way around.
If anything is irrelevant, it’s the month+ of people screeching on the forums for something that Blizzard said they don’t want to add.
The reason people want RDF is the group forming.
Which is yes entirely optional you can simply form groups just as you do today then queue up. Meaning that yes you can not use the main reason RDF exists and still get everything you do today.

Yes, I understand why people want RDF, I was just highlighting to the poster about how it’s not just a simple “if you don’t like it don’t use it.” With my current set up I can get both dailies done in one run without every having the chance to random into Oculus for my bonus emblems. With RDF I have to run multiple dungeons for the same outcome and one of them could end up being something I don’t like.
RDF increases convenience for some at the cost of convenience for others. Obviously for some people they don’t care about how I do my dailies, and at the same time I don’t care how you do yours, but not caring that it affects me is not the same thing as it not affecting me.
Add RDF though Im bored of these threads and I’m excited for the next big complaint spam.
People want RDF because they have lives and don’t want to walk to the dungeons.

We want RDF so we can have fun while playing the game, and not spend hours and hours forming groups.
We are not even asking something new. RDF already existed in the game.

Yes, my weekly raid. And then 7 days of UK heroic that I will fly to on my mount from UP that I finally got.
But players have already worked hard to get where they are without RDF. It isn’t fair and sounds entitled to disagree. If you get RDF the players who used LFG should get at least 5000 gold as compensation if they have a gear score of over 3700. You have to use gear score because that would be the best way to make sure someone actually used LFG.
No, they havent “worked hard” to get any compensation.
RDF same server no xp bonuses still capped at x amount per day to stop people gearing way to quickly. after x amount of dungeons per day you stop getting loot so you can still help friends with dungeons if they need it
so you can’t just skip straight to last boss get 100k exp reque again and repeat. Which will happen. No experience bonus give less reason to use it which will not cause the majority to use it. Why would you form groups outside of RDF it’s worth ALOT of experience.

you defeat the whole purpose of expanding the player pool of rdf. this comprise is just compromise in name only, it doesnt give us rdf, it gives us garbage lfg tool rebranded. we arent dont think you can slide a bs compromise out there and expect us to buy into it.
The hype isnt over for me! Im 4 levels from 80 and super excited to jump into the content. Wrath classic is not even a month old yet, lets not rush it.
So your issue is the no cross server?
that is what increases the available player pool. i dont care two cents about an extra loot bag or a bonus exp tossed into my bar. i just want a useful tool that allows me to que my crew, pick up an extra, clear the dungeon and get back to my business. i dont even have an issue with having to run the quest chains to get the quests and physically visiting the dungeon the first time to unlock it in RDF.
This I can agree with. But I bet you there is a lot that only want RDF so they can exploit the system.
This also another good one a lot of players do not wanna use the current system because 1 they don’t know where the dungeon is or is sick of flying there so many time. If they have to walk to the first one atleast they are exploring the world.
i would also suggest putting all pvp servers in a battlegroup without rdf. and let the normal servers be put in a seperate battlegroup WITH rdf. that would provide most of both sides what they want without having to deal with the tool they dont want. and i only suggest this because most of those that i have discussed the subject of rdf with that are against it seem to be fans and residents of pvp servers.
Total utter lie. I get heroic groups in less than 5 minutes on my main, and less than 10 minutes for lobie dungeons on my alts. For lobie content it does take a little more personal initiative, sometimes you have to whisper around because not everyone signs up in the LFG channel in that bracket, but it’s not that hard to get groups. This is on whitemane mind you and not the super mega servers of Fearlina and Benediction. Hell, I enjoy taking that initiative on lobie toons, those groups tend to be the most social when I have to resort to this.
