Well we are all murder hobos anyway. The game pretty much has us do that with quests. Go kill this, take out itās eyes/liver/heart/etc. Go kill these kids, donāt question it. The little bastards had it coming. Go set fire to this camp of fox people. The only covering up is really that many donāt read quest text and think they are the heroes of the game.

Yes thatās my point. For me WoW is the better game but whatās a better game for me wonāt be a better game for the next person.

Quite literally any multiplayer game that I donāt play and have no interest in playing. For singleplayer games you can pick whatever crazy edgelord simulator youād like, but for multiplayer games a requirement is that if I am playing them - you arenāt supposed to be there.
Far too annoying with yaāllās weird fantasy of calling everyone āsoftā and ānot enough shirtless orcs screaming and gruntingā; mind you if you are into that, all the more power to you. Just not in public, leave that for your bedrooms.

I donāt have a problem with factions getting along, I have a problem with how hamfisted a QoL change was forced into the lore.
BfA lasted around 1 year in lore, while Shadowlands lasted 2 years, and then a 3 year time skip in game between Shadowlands and the start of Dragonflight. 5-6 short years have passed since Teldrassil was burned to the ground in the story/lore. It would take generations to mend that kind of war crime.
The writers for WoW were put in an impossible scenario to write this QoL change into the game. I personally think they should have ignored cross faction play in the story and kept the factions at war but it is what it is now. Itāll never get walked back and if it does, itāll be as flimsy as the hand holding Emerald Dream quests.

I mean, Good side usually excuses a lot of things, likeā¦ geneciding an entire animal population in this game. Or guards/enemies that donāt even pose a threat to you.

Yeah and have players that join it - just always be flagged for PVP in the world, on PVP realms.

This looks somewhat subjective. You could say that some of the worst things the Horde did were due to individuals like Garrosh Hellscream.
Looking from the Blood Elf and Undead the Horde were not the bad guys.

MoP and the bombing of Theramore + Jaina going crazy and killing blood elves in Dalaran happened in lore only 9-10 years ago. The Burning of Teldrassil happened only 5-6 years ago in lore.
Imagine someone bombs your home or burns your house to the ground and kills your friends and/or family. Would you ever sit in the same room as them or work side by side with them? Would you forgive them? Would you trust them?
It is actually such a baffling thing to write into the game and people are justified in not agreeing with the lore implications of a QoL change making it into the story. They would have needed a 50 year time skip to make any of this even remotely logical.
