We need an Evil Faction

I agree. Blizzard need to wack that villian bat as hard they can with alliance.

And the Alliance would be screaming in anger if Orgrimmar also didn’t get destroyed by Evil Team which, guess what, brings them right into the focus of the Big Heroes and you know what happens with villains get found by the Big Heroes.

…Do you want to try another example that doesn’t have Currilla De-vill from Dalmatians 101 wanting to skin puppies (baby dogs) for her fur coat? Because i’m pretty sure that’s like wicked Evil given the relatability factor this holds irl, since rich people often have a complete disregard to animals like that for their own materialistic wants.

I think Ursula from the little mermaid is more well written than “the jailer”

In this particular case, I could envision a shared, divided shelter. Something like Freehold, maybe? Those people have enough reasons to hide. Is it about survival? For their own goals? What about money? Are they attempting a political coup? Belonging to a neutral, evil faction does not require as much centralization as Horde/Alliance. It can be much more loose. Alternatively, you can create several at once, as with class orders.

In terms of classes, they have plenty of reasons to hate and act against one another, too. It is then difficult to determine who is actually correct, because one’s understanding of good and evil is determined by their point of view.

It must be pretty good for you, too, given the fact that you’re up bright and early posting on the forum that you pay a monthly sub to use.

I don’t invest enough emotion into this game to care either way, lore isn’t that serious to me.

She probably is, as she’s a classic villain with a lot of momentum behind her. She also still lost despite becoming essentially a deity, so uh, good try I guess.

I’m not playing retail

What you’re describing is a good idea, that being that faction membership should be loose instead of strict, and even changeable. That said, it still has the problem that ‘evil’ factions would be destined to get their teeth kicked in over time, either that or their methods mellow and become ‘tolerable’ by the other factions.

Again, the forced involved of the Horde and Alliance is proving to be the issue here, as these entities are too simply large to be threatened by other factions, so you need world-spanning threats to begin to challenge them.

That’s fair to think that, but your point is still terrible here.

Disney isn’t exactly an insult like you think it is. If anything, companies strive to be like Disney. Sure for money, but there’s a reason for that. Disney doesn’t just make happy go lucky scholok like everybody weirdly thinks it does. It has a lot of dark undertones and such in their old movies which spans for like a good 50+ years.

The Lion King and Bambi comes to mind with parents dying, and The Black Cauldron for pretty much being pretty dark as disney films go. Disney is still remembered for this, as well their recent blunders and such.

I love that you think that means I’m actively playing the game.

Write some more fanfic about me pls :kissing_heart:

Your reading comprehension is what’s terrible. Nowhere did I hint that I thought Disney was an insult.

That’s not fanfic, you were. There are many websites and tools that are open for all all of us to use to gather information about characters and accounts. lol

I don’t exactly see you complimenting it, so i’m guessing you’re really saying nothing then… :man_shrugging:

You assumed I was playing the game ?

How is that not fanfic?

What did I do next when I logged in 11 days ago please be specific and you better give me some good lore since you’re great at making things up🤣

That’s not an insult. That’s me pointing out that someone shouldn’t expect realism from a video game, especially one that disney graphics.

…Okay, why not just say that?..

See, what do you want me to take from this? You say the game has “Disney” graphics, despite the fact it doesn’t even remotely look like Disney, but i digress… and you tell me it’s not insult. Well it don’t look like you’re complimenting either. So what is it? Just a weird pointless line?

You tell me i’m terrible at comprehending, so tell me what i’m suppose to comprehend then. :man_shrugging:

if players can join it, then its not going to be evil for long.
The same thing that happened with the horde will happen to any faction that has player characters in it.

Like trying to play chaotic evil characters in the old DND in a group of lawful good charcters, lol. Just isnt going to work too well.
Years ago I tried just playing a self serving character in our group, not evil, but you had to keep your stuff under lock and key.
A player found a pair of boots I wanted in game. Well, I have my character steal them and the player reactions were hilarious. Actually taking offense over it.
No way you have players with truly evil characters playing alongside player races that are supposed to be good.
