To be fair the OP is not wrong.

This would be like ordering a combo at McDonalds and not getting your fries or the food being cold.

It really is unacceptable that they continuously have issues like this.

It’s really not just about the ten hours per month. It is Wednesday night, most guilds are prepping up to raid right now. It’s about timing in general, not the amount of time the server is down.

No it is not like that. The EULA says you have access to the servers when theyre available, not that they will always be available.

Games get ddos’d all the time. All they can do is fix the issue. They cannot prevent it.

It’s not like going to McD’s at all. It’s a video game where bugs, issues and ddos attack happen. Just go run some errands, eat dinner or something and it’ll be back up before you know it.
