Yeah it’s a dumb saying. Sometimes the customer is impatient and entitled and never read the user agreement.

Who is saying that it is? Maybe the server being up is the literal best thing for some people. You have literally no room to state that comment because for all you know the three hours a night people get to play this game is all they have going for them.

I’m curious now, is there any company that actually handles these attacks well? Wasn’t Sony’s online blown up for like an entire month one time?

This is curious. The last time the servers were under attack was in Legion Timewalking.
It seems history is repeating itself. From what I understand they were people upset by the difficulty of the Mage Tower.
Could it be that they came back and are pissed off again?

It always killed me when visible worn and damaged clothes were returned but the managers would allow exchanges because the customers claimed they got the clothes like that.
