Hobbits.
Yes. Hobbits.
Not gnomes. Gnomes are ugly.
Idc what you call them, as long as they’re short humans that have big feet and hobbit-like abilities.
I.e. they can stealth, but that makes undead sense where they are. Let hobbits be extra sneaky, for example light footed so mobs can’t hear them.
A lot of us play WoW to experience LOTR in a way.
We already have Aragorn (human), Legolas (night/void elf), Gimli (dwarf), we even have Gandalf (mage) and Orcs. All we need is a good ole Baggins from Bag End.
Even make a sword that glows blue whenever a certain type of enemy goes by. Add some lore to Deathwing, maybe like a magical necklace or bracelet that the hobbit wants to destroy. Opinions?
As cool as it would be to have halflings (don’t want to get sued by the Tolkien estate), I don’t see how they would work in a game that already has gnomes occupying the same slot.
This isn’t about playable Ogres. I’m confused.
Ogre hobbits.
Sure, as long as I get housing:
In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.
