In all cases they should be prepared to better deal with this que situation, if this is chaos now, imagine when xpac comes out.
OP is correct… customers are always the ones in control at the end of the day. It is our dollars they want, if enough of us pull our financial support… they will turn the ship.

Well, Sulfuras is no longer Dead. Right now maximum shown (50) ov every class is represented at Max level and every 5 level increment for Alliance, so safe to assume a couple or few thousand Alliance playing at peak (and max level for sure is popping off now - Raids, BGs, Dungeons all going)
So if peak time EST is your main play time, go to Sulfuras and you won’t regret it.
