Way of the Brew - Stuck at Ginseng Tea

Just hit 90, went back to level all the cooking and I’m stuck at Way of the Brew - Ginseng Tea. Way of the Brew is at 546 and there are no recipes that I can find to get to 550. (Ginseng Tea is greyed out so I get no XP from making it).

The skill color is based on your overall cooking, not the individual cooking style. So even though Ginseng Tea is gray it doesn’t actually turn yellow until 550
