For the “Watcher of the Huntress Pet”. Gifted Twitch 2 subs, got the redeem code, redeemed on the Battle Net Launcher, no pet. I tried relog, nothing, I closed the game and restarted, nothing. Tried the code again and got error that I already claimed it.

Adding my voice to the ‘I did the thing and didn’t get the thing’ crowd. My guess is there’s a lot going on, a lot of people claiming it so its getting bogged down maybe?
Idk I’m not a techie XD But hope its resolved soon!

Same just occurred to me! I even checked in the “Gift Claims” tab of the account’s “Transaction History” section, and it doesn’t even appear there.
Same thing happened! Redeemed the code and didn’t have it when I logged in.
Just here throwing my name into the hat as well. Same issue.
- Purchased (Gifted) x2 Subs on an appropriate channel
- Received the code
- Redeemed the code on the battlenet desktop app
- Have yet to receive the pet.
Just add this to the list of things not going correctly with this launch.

Here to report same. I know sometimes these promo items can get delayed a 'lil bit, but +1’ing so that if there actually is an issue, maybe some 
will get on it

It would not let me redeem the code, kept getting an error message. Did gift the 2 subs and got the code on twitch. .

their servers/character screens just took a major dump so if you tried in the past 15 mins maybe wait til servers are more stable and try again!

Same here. Maybe maintenance will resolve it.
Still no pet for me either - claimed in my account hours ago, did the whole log out completely and back in again, checked on multiple characters as the mount didnt notify me until I logged into my third character that there was something new to open. No pet to ‘unwrap’, nothing in mail, etc. I submitted a missing item ticket a few minutes ago requesting someone review, so we’ll see 24 hours from now what they come back with as a response.
I didn’t get it either. I know that there are sometimes delays with the Twitch drop stuff, but for some reason, I thought this one was different.
