Was running the new dungeons last night, and me and my guildies noticed that many of the trash mobs no longer had the elemental rune buff. We noticed this when stuff was dying more quickly compared to the previous day, pre-patch.
Can anyone else confirm?
It’s been buggy like that since the Inferno dungeons first launched.
Some trash will randomly be missing the buff, even seen some bosses not have it from one run to the next.
Not sure if it’s gotten worse with FL release but it’s been happening.

Sadly yes, but it doesn’t seem random either. It’s like Blizzard purposely only put the buff on some of the mobs and called it a day, even 2 bosses don’t have it.
I had noticed that the other day as well, it’s the mobs you bomb with the drakes that don’t have it. Seems like as soon as you do your bombing run though they all have it from there out.
Good news everyone… Blizzard fixed the Grim Batol inferno dungeon… 
Sighhhhh, bro I just leave this one now. It’s joined deadmines in the “no way in hell” zone.
i think this was fixed. just did this dungeon and the bombs maybe brought them to half when usually they’re mostly all dead
