The patch notes say that the quest chain for the Druid’s Swift Flight Form was removed in Cataclysm. Does that mean in Cataclysm that you could just buy the Swift Flight Form spell without having to do the quest chain as long as you have the 300 riding skill learned?
The quest was removed in Cata! But you can buy swift flight form now in Wrath!

The quest was a requirement to summon Anzu in Heroic Sethekk Halls and that requirement was removed in cata so anyone can farm the boss, along with whats stated above it was removed.
