I have never completed this quest line on any character, and decided to do it on my us ->wyrmrest accord ->grimdrood character.
I just handed the last step in, and there was no quest reward offered.
Is this quest line broken this year?

The quest is just fine, the reward is sent via ingame mail.

Sorry for the false report.

My bad. Turns out the reward was in the mail when I checked 10 minutes later. Sorry for the spurious report.
