If a refund is not possible, would it be possible that time added on to the end of my account?

We’ll refund any unused World of Warcraft subscription within 14 days of the purchase.
We won’t refund subscription time lost due to a suspension and/or permanent account closure. For permanent account closures and suspensions longer than 15 days, we will cancel upcoming recurring subscriptions.
You can ask, but your request is outside the subscription refund window. Ticket times are sitting at around a week right now. Most refunds are handled automatically so if it gets declined by the system, you can put it back in to have a GM look in person.

Would say not very likely but you can ask, Be prepared for them to say NO. Normally someone does not go subbed for 8+ months and not know it. You kind of have to set that up or make sure that you canceled your subscription.

Ive been on auto sub, guess I should pay more attention to my bank account lol
I am constantly after my parents for this. They sub for something specific, then forget that it is auto renew and forget to cancel 
These days with so many things taking a separate sub keeping track is hard, but worth it.
Lesson learned I hope.

It is unlikely we can refund all of the time, but if we can verify there has been no activity on the account our support staff should be able to provide some assistance, Kratos.
Please submit a ticket and we can take a look. Be sure to note that you’d like to add the unused game time to the account if you can.
