Burnsade, Wrathing, Catlism, Misdaria, Waronor, Baseroth, Shalands and Warthin.
This is the way it’s always been, with the one exception being Legion.

Sure, but nothing else related to the game has that abbreviation.
I don’t think it matters. It’s always just what fans decide to abbreviate things. Just like how with MoP, some say MoP, some say Mists. Some use both.
Some will use TWW, some WW and apparently some Warthin.
