Warrior Stance Dance Macro.. Question

howdy,

I cant remember if TBC we can use stance dance macros, for example starting in Bat stance, then a spell for example Spell reflect or Disarm, which will go into Def Stance via the macro… then back to Bat Stance, all with the same macro.

Classic Van I remember we could not, where as later Expacs we could.

Any feedback be great… Thanks

They worked in tbc, there were still fights that needed them such as Archimonde.

Classic uses a more modern macro system so old ones likely won’t work but something like

/cast [stance:1]Charge;[stance:2]Battle Stance
or more complicated ones
/cast [harm, nocombat, nostance:1] Battle Stance; [harm, nocombat, stance:1] Charge; [harm, combat, nostance:3] Berserker Stance; [harm, combat, stance:3] Intercept

should

If you have a macro that casts two stances, it automatically works to swap between them.

Like:

/cast Battle Stance
/cast Defensive Stance

if you’re already in battle stance, the first line gets ignored and it casts Defensive Stance. If you’re in Defensive Stance, the first line goes first and it casts Battle Stance.

The macros work, I use a macro the changes me to defensive stance to disarm. You will have to hit them twice to use but they all should work in tbc still since they do in classic.
