Hey guys. Planning on making a warrior . What’s the difference between fury and Arms. What weapons can each use? Which one will allow me to dual wield 2H weapons for wotlk? Which one is better for end game contend like raids or dungeons?
If memory serves, [edit: fury] warriors could acquire Titan’s Grip which was a passive ability to wield 2h weapons one-handed. This ability came out in WotLK.
Titan’s Grip is the top tier talent in the fury tree.
I’ll probably go arms until I can get titans grip. Seems like a smart move.
Arms is utility DPS.
Fury is straight DPS.
Both are fantastic in WoTLK. You can pick either one and clear anything you want to, although Arms will be better for open world leveling if you’re on a PvP server that actually has World PVP.
Thank you for everyone’s help. Not sure if I will get to 70 before wotlk comes out but from what I’ve read, Arms is more sought out for tbc end content. Not sure when the talent tree allows you to get titan’s grip but until I reach that level I’ll stay on arms and switch to fury when I can get titan’s grip. Cause from what I’m seeing fury warriors can only dual wielding 1 h weapons only right now
revenge spec arms/prot will be the cats meow for levellng
