Why does it seem like the majority of groups refuse to take warriors for dps? They provide more utility, and are better at add clear than classes like hunter and rogue, yet my warrior keeps getting passed over in low keys for bm/mm hunters and sin rogues. It’s not a gear issue either, I’m 645 right now and get passed over regularly for +2’s and +3’s
Warriors spend 80% of their time telling everyone on the forums how terrible weak and unplayable they are
So now people think they’re terrible classes despite the fact they’re good dps and tanks

No brez, no lust, no dispel, no offhealing, no utility that other classes don’t offer
Warrior has a tank spec. Try it out.
Side note: they should absolutely give bloodlust/heroism to warriors. Would make them more desirable and is perfectly in line with the warrior theme.

It is the dungeon event weekly. Some over geared players go through m0s and low keys just to get it over with asap to see what reward they get. It is a bad week to judge anything queue related imo.

because they bring nothing to the group. other classes bring more utility.
they also die a lot on pulls.

On my warrior i have a high success rate in 10s just solely on interrupting, using shockwave and stormbolt, and not dieing…but i hear ya.
Probably the biggest reason is people with better gear than you trying to get their hero piece from the weekly before their weekend push.
They have the shortest CD stun in the game + shockwave which are nice. But other than that Warrior utility is much lower than other classes.
Overall I don’t think this is true. Warrior is a very solid pick overall. But sometimes theres 12 DPS applicants to a group as soon as it posts. If I can choose between an unholy DK who’s going to have a brez and do more damage than you with better defensive utility, I’d probably choose the UH DK.

I just checked, and warriors are not a supported class.
Options are:
- VDH
- Mage
- Moon kin
- Non-holy Priest
- UHDK
Common misconception. The UI seems to indicate that there are 39 specs across 13 classes, when in fact there are only 5 classes. Other choices are incorrect, even if technically available.

Those are individuals running their own keys. Not people trying to join groups.
I’m not saying the power gap is large, I’m saying community perception gap is insurmountable.
But there is no community perception gap.
Warrior is the 2nd most common melee DPS in M+.
It’s simply a case of the grass is always greener.

I always invite warriors for melee groups. I’d say rogues have less mythic+ utility especially ones that aren’t sin
