Warrior plate specialization still red not working in full plate gear

tried with full blue rare plate and full green uncommon plate both show red and do not see a 5% increase to strength in MOP

I see the same thing on my prot paladin at 50 when you get plate spec. It’s red and I don’t have the +5% to stam.
