The big executes and MS is what the hero talents Colossus are designed around effectively making this a non option. It’s a fun and interesting playstyle. They need to figure this out.
Melting people in BGs is a horrible metric for spec performance.
I can hop on classes I play once a year transfer some honor to them and melt people in BGs right now
usually on more at the start of the week with my chores then slowly burn out and start thinking about running more Shadowdark games

Coming from a lock with a bajillion shield is rich. You know Arme/Fury is one of the most squishy Dps right.
It’s time to add a 40% bleed DoT from Execute damage.
dk unholy and hunt MM in particular are literaly raid boss they really need a nerf for anti-magic shell and the abusive self-heal that the hunt have
Honestly if there was 1 spec in the entire game that should be able to solo or near kill a healer. Arms is the one that typically should be able to apply that pressure. Historically if left unchecked arms has been super strong single target pressure. I like arms more than fury and I have been playing arms. I would agree it needs a little love right now. It’s still playable in my opinion but you have to play very carefully to survive and damage outside of cleaving is pretty mediocre. One glaring issue to me right now is obviously execute, but I’m sure there’s others.

Just more big numbers, blizz must change fundamentals like utility, hamstring, thundercrap etc mobility and defensives.
Doens’t matter if i have better damage if i’m kited and destroyed by untargetable classes
Not a warrior problem. It’s a problem with those specs. Warriors kit is completely fine.
i did play against feral, mage frost and mistweaver, i just died doing nothing through multiple stunlocks, disarms and massive constant damage, doens’t matter if i had +900% dmg, i died through defensive stance + die by the sword.
This the only one I’ll argue against because I selfishly hate slows being more then 50% haha.
Maybe it’s because you played against 2 of the 4 problematic specs I’m talking about?
Frostmage in general is impossible for any melee spec in the game to play against. Feral is also insanely frustrating since they can just insta root you constantly while also being unslowable + more cc.
Or have it auto-reapply when you use MS or Ramp, similar to how monk’s slow works.
I mean, kinda? It def needs some QoL improvements though;
For example:
Hamstring is worst slow in the game & everyone can get rid of it np at this point. Buffing it to 60%, bringing back improve hamstring, or having it reapply via another ability would help.
Mortal Strike (or Marital Prowess but pref MS), Execute & Executioner’s Precision should have their PvP modifiers tweaked.
Piercing howl should be baseline warrior.
Sharpen Blade should be baseline, being forced to have sharpen + storm of destruction as mandatory PvP talents really craps on Arms’ utility.
Endurance Training & Wild Strikes should be 1 point each (total of 2 points instead of 4). Having to choose between losing 2% haste + 20% auto attack speed & 10% stamina sucks.
Endurance Training (Or Fast Footwork) should reduce duration of roots/snares.
Armor to the teeth should probably be 1 talent point.
Spell reflect should reflect all spells for 2 seconds. (Stole from Father).
Champion’s Spear should be 1 min CD.
Ignore Pain & Second wind should have their PvP modifiers tweaked. (Meaning increasing their numbers in PvP).
Banner should be 45 second-1 min cd, have it’s range extended a bit & have a little more hp.
Arms needs it’s torment’s looked at/reworked.
Cmight stacks are gained too slow in PvP to be impactful.

Let’s talk about being passively rooted or 70%+ snared by specs that aren’t even targeting you.
The real problem isn’t even Arms (though it’s obviously weak in terms of damage), the problem is the meta specs everyone is playing just hard counter it by being untouchable.
Playing Blitz without a pocket healer is the most unfun thing I’ve ever done in this game. Just sitting in roots forever because the enemy team has a Frost Mage attacking someone else near you.
