I would never impede anyone’s right to be Angry On The Internet, but why would someone lie about their virtual character being or not being in a guild?

Maybe your guild is full of homophobic, transphobic, racists that spend most of their time trying to make people miserable by putting alts in to other guilds/discords to start problems.

Yeah while I’m inclined to believe you there’s no evidence to support some of the more egregious accusations you pose.
If you’re going to be so open with these types of accusations it’s important to supply evidence, otherwise you’re just looking like a retaliatory fool.
I’m no fan of some of the guilds in this thread by no means but I’m also not going to call them racists and transphobic without clear cut, evidence.
They very well may be, and probably are, but no one is going to take some rando’s word for it. Show us the moneyyyyyy

I was on Check PVP, I saw his alt, that was in Guard disappear once I refreshed it.
Hence why I asked in the first place about it.
He tried to join my guild secretly and admitted to being in Guard, then came here and said he never was…
I dont have a screenshot of him saying he was in guard, wasnt expecting to be scrutinized over it. (its not that big a deal, I blocked him I dont care anymore.)

Anyone that ever spent any time or ED or tried to get involved with the community there, knows how they operate. Its a big reason we left.
They make alts/spies, and just try to start problems in guilds and discords. They have several people, like Obmi im assuming (who no longer exists now…), that just go around the forums acting all nice with ulterior motives. I sound insane, im sure, I didnt believe it either until I was in the middle of it.
Im sure if they catch wind of this post they will be gaslighting and reporting me to hell as well.
But anyway… youtube search of Guard Emerald Dream. Video by a guy named Crusader7 who has a a bit of their history/posts on it. (theyre still the same)

Full disclosure; I have an alt in Llu’s guild. That said, I remember him from ED and this def was a problem there. I can’t confirm anything about this player in question, but infiltrators were a huge part of the sickness of that realm. Two of the worst perpetrators were the Guard and WSB.

Yeh. I had backed off the guy above, just saw he had had an alt in there when looking him up earlier. (Im always sus of ED people after being on there…)
But then when he tried to sneak an alt in my guild the other day, and then tried to get in my guild discord… then denied being in Guard here… Made me have flashbacks lol.
is the guard like a mass invite spam guild for people who don’t turn off guild invites right off the bat. or is it some other guild.
God, I’m not going to read through all that evidence. I wanted to play Elden Ring tonight.

i feel like i’m being a little troll but it’s just emerald dreamers being emerald dreamers. people just like privacy. who cares.
As someone who is late to the party, I find that fact he deleted his character to be very fishy.
Personally I have seen people use alts and privacy as a means to stalk and harass others. Deleting characters is also in that same play book too.

Theres definitely a difference in privacy and hiding things so you can start problems tho. (or hide the fact that you’re in problematic guilds/groups)
Like I said earlier, CBH dont really like having Guard members in their guild, or they used to not. Because they start problems, grief events etc.
I’m gun shy about it because of past experiences. 
This is the closest to drama that I’ve been in a long time I am feeding off it. I hunger, give me more

I flipped my mattress on my own this morning and I can say that it was the second worst idea I’ve had while suffering dual shoulder impingement.
slightly pvp related: I always find it funny how peaceful people are at the wild arcana world quest on wra (at least most of the times I’ve been there), because realm hopping to a pve server to do it once with a friend was full salt and insult throwing in gen chat when Some Dude fails to kill Some Other Dude and then dies to them.
