Seeing thug on a ret paladin is feelsbad.
Nozoms chaos bolts were tickling and doing zero dmg in full gear.
Not sure buffing chaos bolts 200000000% in typical blizzard mindset is solution either.
No conflag roots, low incinerate dmg, low bolt dmg is rough.
I think bolts need to be brought up a huge and scary margin with a buff to incinerate and possibly undoing the conflag root change and a buff to demon armor again.
If anyone has ever played a destro, new to lock myself, you’ll know shard regen is actually pretty rough so with the whole system designed around slowly getting shards back to get off these huge bolts and only come out as puff is pretty meh and very disappointing.
