Lol itâs even less than 3 minutes when they run VoP.
Infernal damage needs to be reduced in pvp combat. Also infernal stun needs to go away. No idea why they remove DH meta stun from Pvp but not infernal summoning stun?
Honestly itâs the pvp talent that is broken. in pve itâs strong but not really broken. The pvp talent making the CB 65% stronger is broken though. The fact that it hits only 1 target with havoc doesnât matter as in pvp you want to focus a target most of the time. It could be reduced to 25-30% and it would still be a strong mandatory talent.
Tfw infernal used to be a 10 minute CD and wasnât allowed in arena. Might be longer in vanilla. Maybe an hour or something? If vanilla has infernal. Idr
Entrenched should reduce your stack of Conflagrate by 1. The problem with Entrenched is not the time it last itâs perfectly fine itâs the fact locks have two charge of Conflagrate. By reducing the stack of Conflagrate by 1 the lock could then only cast it once every ~13 seconds and he would also lose 1 charge of Backdraft every ~13 seconds which is not to be ignored as Backdraft is a strong talent.
the corruption that literally not a single destro uses? really? youâre not reaching?
itâs not. my infernal always shows up at #2 or #3 damage during a burst phase (after chaos bolt) it really does substantial damage in raids and m+ and I dont have to do anything for it
bolts outside cooldowns dont really hit that hard, thereâs just a lot of stacking mechanics that make it seem bad (grimsup stacks, visions procs, void ritual, etc)
if anything should be fixed about this, its that conflag gives 3 backdraft charges and chaos bolt consumes 2 of them
I dont think you really grasp the intricacies of the bfa destruction warlock im afraid
Yes it did. But you had to do a long chain quest and parts of it required a group of 5 from what i can remember (i did it myself but not sure it was a long time ago). Many locks did not even have it. It was also a very long CD (maybe even an hour not sure) and from what i can remember was not nearly as strong as it is right now. Also once the Infernal was over it would not dispawn it would become an enemy player and you had to enslave it or kill it if i remember correctly.
no, but Iâm also not a dismissive tool on the forums. seriously. have seen a few locks take it. not saying itâs ideal. not saying itâs what you want todo. i was mostly making a joke⌠but salty sally here wants to be mrs. overly serious.
Thereâs actually locks in the top logs having IT in pve like Gosuqt. Iâve not checked in pvp i would not use it in pvp personally but itâs an alt so i donât play it much. But youâre replying to a guy who has not done much on his lock. I mean he killed no mythic bosses, has done no 15+ in time and is 1100 rating which is achievable in maybe 2 hours of casual arena with your 8 and 6 years old kids.
I kinda expected something more impressive than a lifebest 1500 achievement after I read this tbh
maybe you have bigger worries than not having the faintest idea about competitive pvp, or the class you play
Ohhhhh thatâs right. In blasted lands. Near kazzak. That human by the altar or w/e.
Yeah I mean stronger or weaker depending how you look at it. Any damage dealt back then was permanent as most dps donât have self healing. But Iâm pretty sure its aoe damage and punch wasnât exactly terrifying.
Still was a reliable stun though. Youâd see a million PvP movies where the warlock would use the infernal stun to secure their howl of terror cast time.
Because it wasnât arena. And you could use such absurd non-dr stuns because the game was supposed to be chaotic when classes had access to their âtoo strong for instanced pvpâ powers.
But nah lets make infernal of all things destros class fantasy. Thats their PRIMARY cooldown. The big one that gets reset by our essence that resets primary cooldowns.
