Warlocks are having their Observer deleted

#savetheobserver

This is a ridiculous and nonsensical change.

I’ve never once thought my or some else’s warlock pet was hard to distinguish. On the other hand, I stopped counting how many times hunter pets, especially BM, are incredibly obnoxious and cluttering. They take up your whole screen as a melee/tank and there’s 2 of them too. Whoever greenlit this change at Blizzard is a moron.

I’m guessing their will be some kind of alternative to this, like, we can tame demons or somehow acquire this in a non-glyph way.

I don’t think the evoker even has glyphs. It’s not necessary for the game. It’s cosmetic stuff they added and they’re allowed to remove it whenever they want.

I suggest you make your own game if you want it to be the way you want.

What a braindead take.

I always thought the observer was a pvp talent. This really confused me, I didn’t know they were just reskinned felhunter…

And here I was hoping we could get Jailer and Inquisitor summons. Shame on me I guess.

This is the likely truth. I bet implementing the new customization system for demon pets broke the glyph somehow.

One of the worst parts imo, is that they’re removing the glyph/recipe from the game.

It’s bad because people farmed the recipe and not only that, but it’s just another recipe in the long line of recipes of different professions they’ve removed.

Ofc I feel bad for locks that like it too. :dracthyr_heart:

Agreed, I have always been using the observer, there is no reason to take it away #savetheobserver

And Inscription usually gets it the worst. I remember when my list of glyphs was like miles long. I feel like I have about 10 now.

As I was once told by the OP when they posted on their other characters (which have all since gotten a bad name for themselves)… Blizzard can do what they want, it is their game.

BTW Fuzz hi…

That’s my feeling about it too. It’s a great profession for customizations but when they decide they no longer want certain customizations in game, it’s mostly from inscription.

I’m still waiting for the white cheetah option they promised us in SL. :dracthyr_lulmao:

Obviously Blizzard can do as they please. No one has said otherwise. In fact, even the title suggests as much. That doesn’t mean people have to be okay with it.

This thread is to make Blizzard aware of how some feel about it. It’s not here for you to randomly come in and disparage people for no reason. If you have a problem with me, you know how to find me to have a mature discussion, instead of insinuating insults and false pretenses. I hope you have a nice day.

Hi Diel.

Blizz can do what they want but we can voice back before they make the final change while things are still in PTR testing. Hopefully they change it or clarify that the glyph is removed but they add in to the barber shop or something later who knows.

More proof this company is run and miss-managed by too many idiots.

lol ‘proof’

Unless they plan to force all hunters to use the same 5 pets, then their entire justification for doing this to warlocks is completely pointless and BS.

What gets me too is, Grimoire of Sacrifice.

It’s okay to never know what ability they have from Sac, but not okay to have a decade old pet. :upside_down_face:

Tbh, I agree with someone else when they said there must be some glitch with it and are doing this instead of fixing it.
