“12 second” is intentionally demeaning language
the same way you’d say “ww parries half the game” because with proper uptime/global usage you can have turbo firsts running like 30% of the game
the language is meant to match the absurdity of it, the talent brings it down to 18 the freedom remains 6
18 second port is basically a full immunity to dying if you make less than 25 mistakes a minute
