Why do you think that even after necrotic aura was nerfed people still aren’t playing the talent? Because it was directly nerfed from the festering nerf. The talent is bad now answering your question.
The real thing not adding up is how you had enough braincells to turn on a computer while also being a lifetime rival playing lock and warrior.
I quite enjoy being a lifetime rival.
whether you have impish instincts or not your first defensive is almost always going to be port and you are going to use it on cooldown. You are not saving your port for later or some “optimal” time. That’s how you end up blowing all your defensives. Honestly I only use impish instincts against double melee (observer is the better option to me when not facing double melee) and no I don’t feel sorry for the zug zug double melee that I get to get away a little bit more often because of it. F em.
I mean they write themselves. There’s a reason you’re 1400 with warlock and it’s because you are playing it completely wrong.
ok since you are a pro. Tell me. I should use my 45 second dark pact? my 3 min wall? my 88 second gate or my healthstone that I can only use once per match first instead of my 30 second portal?
my highest rating on lock is 1700 something btw but that doesn’t matter. You a pro so tell me what’s wrong. I’m always open to learn.
it’s wild how squishy destro and aff are and their response was to reduce the cd on port and not give them some damage reduction xd
weird
because people hated warlocks being tanky so the gutted the tankyness and here we are. Honestly I prefer being slippery to being tanky. It’s more fun
Depends on the context? Are they popping cd’s? Are you stunned?
If all that’s happening is there are 2 melee on you not popping any real cd’s then for the most part you don’t need to trade anything. Only after they pop something. Even after the nerfs warlock is still pretty passively tanky.
Then when they do pop cd’s if they also stun you then you press pact. And after they break pact you port.
If they don’t stun you, you port. Then use the sb freedom to kite while positioning near your gate. Then when they fully reconnect after sb freedom is down you gate away. Then if they reconnect after that you pop pact. And by the time they break it since your playing impish ports back up and a lot of specs are now also out of mobility so you can port put yourself in a good position and go back to planting your feet in the ground doing your normal warlock thing.
And since you’re playing impish the next time they have any sort of go you have port back again. And if you do get caught with your pants down where you get in a stun with no pact or trinket you can your wall. Which should be able to stall for long enough for you to get out of the stun and port away once again.
ya you kinda get one or the other cause blizz doesnt know what moderation means
it’s why spriests are the tankiest of the clothies… it’s because they can’t move.
not really fun when something is so mobile, but insanely squishy or so tanky, but has 0 mobility.
bro people are crying over a port and destro/aff already squishy, if they gave them less passive dmg people would actually jump i think, the lock hate train is crazy and its funny because the god gamer glads are complaining on US where locks don’t make a scratch on EU ones, would hate to see them send eu
one or the other. nerf port and give more tankiness or leave em alone
its wild how fast the 2 specs die, esp destro

That’s a long post so I’ll just keep it simple … in the words of the Late Great Colonel Sanders, “I’m to drunk to taste this chicken.”

Another fried melee thread. If you can’t stay on a warlock, it is a skill issue.
