Warlock gateway cast time 1.5 sec, warrior, DK, ww can easily stop it on open, warrior jump stun, ww ring, dk grip all can stop it, there is no way to stop them! without gate, lock cannot hold 30 sec! and warlock need the gate mostly when meet with these classes!

it depends on the map, in the small arena, there is no way to stop. I even tried to set up right at my foot when I step out of the preparation room. If I cannot set up a good gate at the right position, it is meaningless anyway. with two melee train me, there is no way to set up a gate after open, some damage is unhealable.

You should have your gate down at the very beginning of the Arena. You definitely have enough time to put it down before they reach you, even if they’re mounted.

in some arena, not all of them, like the Dalaran arena, warrior jump stun can always stop the gate.
