Even though you can’t spell demons without ‘on meds,’ I still think having a demon stable would be thematically appropriate. I am sure I missed it above, but maybe you can have an NPC that is named Myrtle Moe Fersus, the Demon Hunter. You know, as a nod to what you’ve lost in gaining this stable-master of a sort?
(I’m just super fatigued and punch drunk. Don’t mind the madness…too much, but wanted to bump this idea.)
