Warcraft Rumble on Twitch says not connected?

So I claimed my 30th Anniversary gifts for Warcraft and Hearthstone, both show connected to my battle.net, but Warcraft Rumble says I need to connect, and every time I go to my battle net, it is connected?

Very confused here.

Are you watching a live or replay, think drops only show up on live. Right now the only Rumble stream I see live is showing my drops progressing.

Now that I look into it, I think it’s the same reward across all 3 streams, though I am earning it again.

Also, I am only earning watch time on the second page I opened, the Rumble live, though I have both hearthstone and rumble open on different tabs.

Same issue here. I got the other two just fine, but the Rumble drop says it needs to be connected. Battle.net shows twitch is connected with no individual connections for each game.

Same here for me. I just got the WoW one but for Rumble, it says I need to connect. On my connections page from BattleNet, it says Twitch is a connected site and I know it works-the WoW one was fine.

I do not see a way to connect Rumble to Twitch, but when you log into Rumble, are you connected to your Bnet account, and that is connected to Twitch?

Blizz support has been garbo. They’ve been giving me the run around for weeks and tried to put it on Twitch. Twitch put it right back on Blizzard. The drops DID magically show up but they aren’t even saying they did it. It just…happened.

Also have the error. I just found out a about the promotion now. I’ll try logging into Rumble again and see what happens. How long after complaining did the items appear?

Yes same here. It has been this way since it first showed up on Twitch and has always been like this to this day. My World of Warcraft says connected, my Hearthstone says connected but Warcraft Rumble constantly says to connect.

The connect button in Twitch takes you to this page?

If it shows Twitch is connected, and you logged in to battlenet on your app, you should be ok.

Now Rumble is in the launcher as well.

for any interested i have recieved my rewards despite having the same issue, i chose to watch closely as i was redeeming them and found them to all come through as intended.

I also received all the drops despite the Twitch page telling me to Connect (which I was already).

So be sure to check the game regardless of what the Twitch page is showing if you know that your account is showing as connected to Twitch via the Connections tab on your Account Management page.
