Ok, but still want the xbox version, and am looking forward to it. I am not hooking an xbox controller to my pc, if that’s what you’re saying.

Pre-approved add ons vetted by the console maker and game developer.
They dont allow stuff to be installed on their consoles willy nilly.

If anyone finds this topic tiresome, you don’t have to be here. Go comment on the 50 threads about how the game sucks because of bugs and server maintainence then. Which personally, I find to be a waste of time and tiresome. So I generally don’t participate in them.

WoW kind of already has controller support, but the UI itself doesn’t mesh well with it. Most folks who play WoW with a controller end up having to use mods to make the UI more controller friendly; or just straight up copies the UI from FFXIV.
The foundation is there already. It’s just a matter of whether or not Blizzard is wiling to put in the effort to take the next step and make the UI more controller friendly without mods.

Right. I making up something that has been discussed recently, and in the past, and might still be in the works. Again, that you derive entertainment from derailing threads is a you problem. I will be doing no homework today.

When you base a topic off a made up scenario, its hard to gain traction.
Microsoft never stated or implied WoW is coming to the gamepass for xbox and that they are making WoW a console game.
So if you feel its coming soon, you arent basing that on anything concrete. There has been no information released even suggesting its a possibility.
That being said, if it were to happen I just hope they give the option to opt out of cross play.
