She probably has a good reason for doing so if that is what she is doing.
Yea but the alliance have a longer history of harassing the horde than the horde has with its civil wars. Because it never ends she decided to make the move to solidify the horde continent. She was correct in doing so.
I mean the alliance knew about the forsaken for ages now and have never tried to mend the relations. I would say the alliance is most to blame for the forsaken even being a thing.
Not exactly what she said. But there is more to be done. If she wanted death for deaths sake she would have fought the azeroth army at the gates of orgrimmar.

It’s a bit of a stretch to attribute saving the Horde and the Alliance to her just calling a retreat horn, saved the Horde maybe (which was Vol’jin telling her to by the way) but didn’t retreat together with the Alliance and abandoned them in the midst of a fight that depended on her ranged support
Which lead to Varian having to sacrifice himself to save the Alliance leadership and remaining troops.
To be honest the Alliance were blind. They should have called the retreat horn themselves. Blaming Sylvanas for not retreating with them is a poor excuse. It was two armies with two separate leaders. The leaders of the alliance bear the full burden for not taking care of their own.
They were working together as a part of a unified plan, pretending that they were somehow seperate and therefore not responsible for retreating in an instant in the midst of battle is quite silly
But i’m not here to discuss that. I know Horde posters will disagree, my stance is however that it was a retreat that didn’t need to be so selfish. They could have easily air-lifted their people to the back of the Alliance with those Val’kyr that they clearly showed and withdraw together, or at the very least give them more warning.
That stance won’t change, it was pretty common sense as far as I see
