Anyone aware of recent issues with stuff (especially gold) being lost to the void by the warbank?
Just checking because I read that some people had issues with gold vanishing from their warbanks a while back. I’ve just been keeping my gold spread out among my alts like I’ve always done but it’d be great to store it in the warbank and just withdraw some for alts when they actually need it.
I will never trust a bank ran by Blizzard again.

I haven’t had any issues, but occasionally someone posts that their gold went poof due to the fact that at the moment of transaction some networking hiccup occurred.
Nope, been using it almost exclusively after my GV got emptied.
Both seem fine now.
I haven’t seen any of the issues people have reported. I’m sure it’s happened, just not to me. So far I’ve been very happy with being able to have a central spot for my gold. I think they should just cave in and have account wide gold, but this is probably the easiest way for them to make it happen.
I’ve had 2.2 million gold in my warband bank for a while and it’s still there.
I haven’t personally encountered any issues and I think most of the issues that people encountered in the past have been long-since fixed or else there’d be a lot more rage on-going about it.

In general don’t trust the new thing with anything valuable.
I’ll put like 500k in there for convenience on alts who need bags or whatever but it hasn’t been around long enough for me to put stuff I can’t lose in there.
some people lost a bunch of stuff the first day it was put in game, but as far as I know since there hasn’t been any problems and it is now safe to put gold/items in the warband bank
i think its safe. just make sure to take a screenshot of your gold before you transfer.
If you have any issues after transferring, attach that screenshot with a ticket submitted to blizz customer support.
I have over a million in my warbank and haven’t had problems. ((knock on wood))
I wish they would add the ability to repair out of the warbank though.
My gold is in. My warband bank.
So far so good.
If it were to go poof there are records of it all that GMs should be able to pull up if needed.
My gold is much safer stored on my characters.
I have seen a few posts with people saying they lost gold when withdrawing, but it is always people withdrawing millions. Like i have seen no posts of someone saying they lost gold when withdrawing 10k gold, etc. So maybe their issues arrive with huge withdrawals at once? I keep all my gold in the warbank and have had no issue yet.
I’ve had millions sitting in mine for the last four months. I don’t think there’s any problem with it.
I have 10 million gold sitting around. Ain’t trusting that to evaporate. I’ll keep a few hundo in the warbank but generally only spend it on tokens so it doesn’t need to be in there.
Yeh I lost hundreds of millions, but I can keep your gold safe, trust me bro, I’m reliable.
This actually happened to me a few times, turns out when you multibox not all your accounts can access the same warbank at the same time.
Nope. Haven’t had any issues at all. Visual bugs have occurred for some unique-equipped items, haven’t heard anything about anyone losing gold. And I haven’t lost any myself. I use the gold storing feature often.
dont store anything you cant afford to lose.
oh boy do we have bad news for you. they can only pull up logs if the game actually has the data still on file.
i keep my golds on my characters, i feel that is the safest.
