im sorry, but this is like saying you are delivering a new building but nobody can go inside the first floor for any reason because the door is not working, so the whole building is ‘there’ and ‘working’ but nobody can use it… but a door is ‘just a small feature’

Chill out dude, its a software feature, not a door way. This new feature does not affect gameplay in any way. Its a more of a WANT and not a NEED.
They haven’t delivered it yet.
Not yelling and screaming about it and I know it will get sorted out but I was planning on using this week before the prepatch event to sort out my banks. This included consolidating mats and gear from several servers and guild banks. It will take hours if not days so it is stopping me from using this down time as planned.

Microsoft has always released and waited for bugs to be reported. This is no different only its covered by the Activision/Blizzard name. They will eventually solve the issue causing a new one to appear. But hey, its the Microsoft way!
There is nothing in this patch nearly as important as that bank. I’m not sure why it’s being minimized so much.

I really don’t want to wait till war within to get these banks up and running. I want to have them up and going so I can get all my stuff organized beforehand so I can focus on actual game content. I really hope you can get them fixed soon.

I’m less annoyed by the fact they’re still down than I am by the fact that they’re radio silent on it. I get issues happen, and stuff requires work, but…after a day offline, and then 2 days/maintenance windows later and not saying anything? That’s a craptastic business plan.

Yes, but the person Nobully was replying to argued “It’s all downhill from here” — which as we’ve seen from the past, isn’t the case.
- Is it still frustrating? Sure.
- But is it the end of days? Pfft no, lol
Plus lets be real – “other companies seemingly can do that” – Really? I mean look at Blizzard then over to either EA or Ubisoft, and I’d wager Blizzard would be rather tidy in comparison. 
That doesn’t really make it “okay” either – but there’s always Doomsayers & Drama-Queens with pre-patch launches, even if it’s like the tiniest singular bug. lol
Honestly, if they can fix it in the next few days & give us a smooth sailing expansion launch? … Then I’ve got no grudges for these minor setbacks.

I get that there is more than one person posting official posts and stuff, but no comments about this fact, but still posting about the new shop item and an article about the patch notes and what’s new feels like a whole lot of “look at all the shiny stuff in my right hand, and ignore what the left hand isn’t doing”. Feels like terrible optics.

The single patch note from the maintenance just says that the Tuskar Dinghy now properly gets a 30% speed boost when you jump
