When I try to use my Warbank it says it’s being used by another one of my characters. Anyone else having this problem?

Yep. Same here. I’ve figured it was broken.
Warband banks have not been functional for anyone yet. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates. Blizzard created a thread to tell players about it and update them.

It’s been down for hours like major selling point and it’s broken on launch what a mess
