I was just adding items and money to my warband bank from multiple characters. All slots were full and I was just adding to the stacks of cloth, leather and other stackable items. I logged into another character to add items and multiple slots are now empty and approximately 30k + money gone. Items missing seem to be the low level cloth, leather, spider silk and gems. Like someone is starting a new character.
Check your other characters incase you took items or gold out via your alts. If that is not the case, then try resetting the WoW User Interface incase it is a display issue caused by addons/corrupted data.
If done that, and still the have the same problem, then the next best option would to report it as a bug.

Don’t use addons. Didn’t remove any money or items as I was moving from 1 character to another adding items and money. I find it odd that only the low level crafting items are missing and not all money is gone.
Have you been leveling professions on other characters? Because you can craft if you have the materials in the Warbank as well.

No I was just moving items from characters to the warband bank. Nothing else. Items poofed between logging out and into next character,
Well, only thing can be done is to submit a bug report. Let the QA team investigate what is going on.

Even if you don’t use add-ons the UI can still become corrupted. A full UI reset following the directions linked above is the first line of troubleshooting. It can and has happened where stuff just appears invisible for you but is actually still there.
Please do a UI reset and see if that helps!

That did not work either.
