What do we know about it? Wondering if itll be better than dragonflight

I’m skeptical of it just bc DF seemed good in paper but execution was quite lackluster for me personally
Basically nothing except that they’re doing away with the weekly PvP vault.

Regarding pvp no one knows anything other than no pvp vault and hero talents.
As an expansion overall? I’m not convinced the game is not moving even further into the modular, truncated seasonal design philosophy that has governed the game since legion.
Ion swears players should expect identical scope to what has come before (said scope is already currently lackluster imo) and that announcing the next 3 expansions at once was only to hype up the story line. Ill believe it when I see it.

With the exception of 10.0.7 ret paladin breaking the game, s1 dragonflight was one of the best seasons I’ve ever played.
Fw/aug were also kinda cursed, but overall i think all classes/specs have been good in DF.
1-no more PvP vault is such a massive win, I’m viewing it as the “expansion feature”.
2-hero talents just basically being more talent points and not more borrowed power gimmick systems.
3-a new BG for the first time in… a while?
4-“higher conquest gains so players have more control of their gearing” -sounds great if that’s what they mean.
All these together have me legit more hyped than the last 2 expansions. My only concern is just how impactful the new trees are gonna be. Hopefully they can buff/nerf them as needed without having to redo entire class trees. I do like that you can just change them on the fly tho whenever and you’re not locked in like a covenant.
EDIT: 5-rated BG Blitz may end up becoming the mainstream wow PvP mode?
