I mean everyone had their favorite artwork, expansion theme, logins screen and all…but this is straight up a box like hearthstone, its…nothing…really…

ANYTHING would be better, either hallowfall crystal or xalatath embracing us like the suggestion above. its simple bad taste to like the current login in beta

It doesn’t spoil anything and it’s super basic and simple and it’s a safe login screen. Since everyone doesn’t want anything spoilers and all and stuff like that.

basic? battle for azeroth login could be basic, just a wall and some weapons in the ground…its straight up hearthstone box, its not even basic. why being safe if we had 20 years of actual artworks?

and how did dragonflight screen spoil us with something? or sl? or bfa? i dont get why they are spoilers of the exp…

DF screen wasn’t spoiler but it did showcase the city and tyr hold and losing the wonder.

If I don’t like something, Iam gonna complain, after all it’s a forum, and I prefer to complain before the little things become a big problem, you know

you shouldn’t be passive about bad things just because they’re irrelevant, if it’s so irrelevant why bother changing the artwork we’ve had in 20 years?

I really dont get what u mean by spoiling cities or whatever…DF cinematic already did that for example, the screen is just based on it

and this login screen for me is just one thing, it’s been a while since blizzard has been lacking in artwork

Metzen didn’t give away war within ending so how would you know and also he didn’t give away how midnight will start nor end.

Login screen is supposed to be basic and simple and so this is the first true basic and simple login screen. And no they are not creatively bankrupt but playing it simple.
