On retail I can get into a dungeon group at any time of day or night thanks to RDF.

Sorry bro if you didn’t sweat for the first few days to get to 80 you aren’t doing dungeons. The realm I’m on is pretty dead so I guess I won’t do dungeons while leveling either! If only they’re was a way I could join a group of people from any realm to complete content

You guys can try all the sarcastic posts you want to prove rdf was better. Meanwhile 99% of the population is doing just fine and having no trouble finding groups for anything, including raids. If only there was another way you say, there is, socialize. My guild runs dungeons all day and raids 4 nights a week at least, I know they’re super hard to find, but maybe look for a guild. Maybe try advertising a dungeon group, maybe try using the current dungeon tool. All this works, you really think they’re just gonna do maintenance one day and poof we got rdf? Not how coding works. This was planned out, it would take time to try to implement it, and the majority of people, regardless of what the forums look like, don’t even want it.So alienate the masses to please a few salty players who post under 75 alts a day to make it look like the entire population is mad?

yeah so6am for me, it’d be 3-4am for most of the country, so still sleeping, and 6am for them is 9am at most here, so a lot still sleeping, and even more doin, what’s that thing called, oh yeah, work. Long story short, less people play in the early morning, hence maintenance times.

It’s 6 AM. There’s like 15 people total awake on my server. Less that are in my level bracket. RDF connects me with hundreds, if not thousands of people
Yea. They don’t even have to code it, it’s a done feature.

Opening dungeons to all reams alienates people? What about people who can’t do the content at all because of insane faction imbalance, or people who are doing outdated content, or people who play at off peak times?

yeah i leveled to 60 as a pure healer spec and banged my head on the desk never finding groups. I actively spent 8 hours in LFG channel spamming im a healer (dont look at my name) - ill do any dungeon… any… and i got in a total of 7 groups from 10 to 60 (5 of them were just people that typed Chinese (nothing wrong without except i couldnt understand them)… so it was like i was groupped by mself.
I switched to boomkin since healing leveling solo sucks bad, and now i can solo alot of stuff - but the funny thing is now im getting spam tells, join our group!! so i think its just a level range thing not really the time of day/week. My tells for groups started pouring in at level 72

maybe they could allow gasp horde and alliance team up for a dungeon… I know it sounds crazy, but I saw 3 undead rogues on an alliance team in warsong, they had some buff on them called disguised as alliance. I asked my guild about that and they said that means alliance didnt have enough people to queue so the game pulls over a horde to help fill them up…
Thats why I rolled horde! I didnt want those sneaky undead rogues backstabbing me!!! haha

Where? In the LFG channel? Hardly anybody uses that anymore from what I can see.
Log on to a lower level alt and try to use the tool to find a group. I’m going to guess that it won’t be easy on most servers.

People on this forum, myself included, need to stop acting like they speak for the majority. Nobody really knows what the majority want. That said, I think RDF is more popular given pretty much every poll I’ve seen is pro RDF.
