Ah-huh… my point still stands though. Of course it’s not hard to get your back at that level because 20s in season 3 weren’t hard.
It doesn’t. I should have assumed since you can’t make sense you can’t pick up sarcasm either.
No, I’m not. You’re the one missing the point like an absolute smooth brain.
I think you’re the one not picking it up.
It’s not hard to get back to those levels in any season of Dragonflight and it’s not difficult to put together better groups, nor is it difficult to understand that if you make a group, you bear the burden of your choices, and a key going down a level is not a big deal.
You make a crap group, you lose. It’s no one’s fault but your own. Run with better people, or network and run with verified individuals who you know won’t screw you.
So, your thought is that if the group fails to time, everybody’s key goes down a level? What idea are you trying to piece together here, exactly? Because it just seems like you are having an out of body experiencing learning how keys work.
I need to get one of those crystal balls for picking groups you clearly use. Working wonders for you, clearly.
Quote me saying that, smooth brain.
Yeah, it’s called a guild. Try it out. I run only with my people unless I really need a specific key none of them have. And if that’s the case, I invite people with proper IO score and proper item level, who have credit for said key getting done. Yeah. Give it a shot. It does work wonders.
No thanks.
Does it? You don’t seem like you’ve really done all that well in M+ so far…
So you’re one of those people who thinks you’re being punished for everything but you refuse to network to find people so you won’t feel like you’re being punished. There’s no logic there. You just want Blizzard to cater to your wants.
You can keep taking shots all you like. Here’s the issue. When someone is content with what they’ve done, the shot doesn’t matter. Go through my armory – it’s public – and you will see I do not care because I make my choices, I am content with my choices, and I do not think I am punished for my choices. I’m ahead of you in every regard if you wanna keep running in that direction, cause I’m not the one mad over something negligible.
Seems to me like players like you would rather see keyholder bear the brunt of a failed key than just commiting to the aloted time.
I’m not just taking shots though… you’re smugly talking about how easy it is to just rebuild a key as if we’re even talking about keys of remotely the same difficulty…
Players like me believe in consistency. You don’t get punished for leaving a raid group mid-combat with a boss. You shouldn’t be punished for leaving a key either. There are valid reasons why people should leave keys, including people just plain being bad. Punishing me because other people in the group is bad is wild.
Just stop making groups and pug into them if this is your belief though. Pop off. You’ll be happier then too cause then this “punishment” won’t effect you.
The keyholder does bear the burden, it is their key that goes up or down based on timing or not timing. That is the system, nothing you’ve said is relevant at all to someone leaving a group.
It isn’t smug to say going into LFG and reforming a group isn’t difficult, nor is it saying bring a friend or two. I have friends. If I fail a key, I reach out to my friends, I reform and I go like any other normal individual would. Give it a shot.
I think players like you like to compare apples to oranges.
So does Blizzard then because when they have outright discussed this topic, they have said organized PvE content does not have a punishment associated with it. Stop making crap groups. You’ll be better off. With that said, I’m done. You and I aren’t going to see eye to eye on this one. You have a fun one.
You should probably not do that.
How do you time a key when someone shame quits? You really key sabotaging is acceptable?
Play better, don’t group with people who aren’t pulling their weight or move on. How do you time a key when someone sucks? Same way.
Leaving a group is not the same as gameplay sabotage.
