Wait for the actual evidence before you judge

I was questioning how much time was actually spent investigating over those 2 years.
If it was 2 full years of work or bits and pieces now and again.

2 years implies a lot of time was spent. But if they spent an hour every month, or even less frequently, then the 2 year tag doesn’t mean much.

The person said they did know exactly how much time was spent on the investigation over the 2 years but won’t say what it is.

Now you’re here to argue something different.

Who said she took them herself? There are numerous examples of employees getting women blackout drunk and taking advantage of the situation.

To clarify: we don’t know that’s how the photo came to be either, but it is never stated that she took the photo or consented to the photo being taken.

There like 18 former Blizz employees who have come forward on twitter sharing similar experiences. This is no different than the Cosby/Weinstein situations… I can’t think of one example where a dozen people have made an accusation against the same party and it’s been found to be a lie. Yeah, when its a one on one, but never in these floodgate situations.

All the same people crying theres no evidence

Maybe just admit you hate women cuz the evidence is freely available

Then according to that “what-if” scenario she should have called the police.

How do you know she didn’t?

I suspect you will be surprised to find out how many police officers blow off these complaints as easily as you do.

What I replied to had nothing in it about what was done in those two years.

You said you needed more info. I gave you information you could’ve easily found yourself if you weren’t lazy.

Again, not sure why you’re having a hard time following.

This is correct. The states with actual population declines are states who’s economic markets have failed. Example would be Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. States who had a heavy over reliance on one or two industries and now are feeling the effects of market dissipation because there’s more economically friendly means to produce in those markets in other locations.

People love equating politics with this but the truth is why would I ever own a factory in Michigan if I can produce oversees for significantly cheaper, and the shipping costs are still less than domestic production? You shouldn’t be shocked when an entire state built itself on making things like cars, and TVs and then be shocked when there’s over a 500 million people in China willing to work for cents. It’s not even a comparison at that point.

California actually had some modest growth in the past 10 years according to the census. Was it the same as TX or FL? No. But where most of the people I know who are moving down South are coming from are from Rust Belt states without any significant major Metropolis in the state. Western PA, WV, Ohio, Wisconsin, ect…all areas people are leaving because there’s no demand for work there.

If any of this was true then by market forces rents in San Fran should plummet but yet they remain high because demand to live there remains high. Costs in Cali remain high because it’s still a massive desirable state to live in with multiple major metropolis’s all long the coast.

People who argue otherwise try to inject politics into an economic argument.

Pretty sure this was a Dave Chapelle skit, and it’s unfortunately very true to reality.

It’s 100% a Dave Chappelle skit.

It was specific info I was after here.
I dont get why this is hard for YOU to follow.

I was asking for a specific thing.
If I’m being directed somewhere that doesn’t have that info, then the answer being given is wrong

i was under the impression there was already enough evidence after a 2 year investigation and now they are suing for punitive damages and unpaid wages

How is a suicide from harassment not specific? How is harassment seen by the public at a certain event not specific? The place you’re being directed DOES have specific information if you would read for yourself, but you obviously prefer to remain ignorant rather than looking into it on your own.

Are you trolling? I swear you must be trolling.

My question: how much time was spent on the investigation during these 2 years?

Your answer: suicide is specific

After all the years of reading how developers behave, I am not going to criticize people for reacting as if the allegations are all true.

Y-yes it is. It’s just there’s more she-saids than he-saids.

That does not make any allegation true.

Yep. That’s all there is to it.

There are SO MANY comments here from people who are moving goalposts and acting like they’re somehow the paragon of truthseekers or something lol. It’s above the paygrade of almost everyone here, idk why people are acting like their “what-if” scenarios are worth a damn.

How do you she was inebriated and stripped of her clothes by fellow employees and then photographed?

You know why I think it didn’t happen that way? Because there’s not a separate lawsuit. There would be one if that’s how the photographs were acquired.

Bro it’s dead a** a lawsuit with evidence in the documents…
