It’s funny to see people that I always thought were clowns batting for Blizzard.
On the upside, even some of the worst shills I despise see this as a really bad thing for Blizzard, and that’s really funny to me.

Again, I am not a lawyer myself.
However, I have worked with the government before, granted not CA state. I do know how state government works, though. State loves to sweep things under the rug, if they can get away with it (god knows they do this in-house).
For them to bring this out into the light… I think things will become quite a s-show.
… man, I do not miss being a government worker. But it is fun to watch from the sidelines. And in this day and age of people skewing more towards SJ issues… this is definitely /popcorn material.
Except it seems odd that the state didn’t follow proper guidelines. I think what happened here is the state know blizzard has taken some actions against this stuff. Not to long ago there was the pay for women thing going on there they took adjustments to company policy as one as well as promotions for women. The other is state knows they will struggle to get the ruling and do it this way for the headlines so blizzard is more incentivized to offer settlements. That does not exclude the bad things that may have happened. But also doesn’t mean they all happened as said or are continuing to happen.
Yeah was pretty stupid of me to even say that on this forum. Lots of positive thinkers here. I didn’t pick my name by accident before this happened too.
Nah, that is not a fact, and one you especially can’t prove as one. Florida, the state, is paying for people’s tickets to move to CA? Are we aware what the word “fact” means here? Look up any metric and you will see people leaving CA in droves and moving to states like TX and FL. It’s so one way and easily identifiable. What’s the point in arguing some other narrative? Are you personally invested in CA’s wellbeing? If so, why point the blame of the state and people to a broad stroke across the nation? That wont fix anything.
People are not moving to FL or TX, I live in FL. More people are moving out and going up north now…which is weird. But No, I have nothing to do with Cali, I just know that the issues with Cali is being pushed worst than it is because I’ve been there, lived there and travel the great country of America and what is happening in Cali is happening everywhere.
You really are just pushing a narrative that wants to paint one state as bad when there are so many worse places in America that are terrible to be in. With more homeless, more drugged up people and with sooo much less money that it looks like something out of a developing country in Central America.
No one will go though the struggles of suing a massive organization, along with spending 10’s of thousands of dollars without some sort of proof.
If state filed a case, darn, means they got quite a bit to show for it.
The entire court system is based off “Guilty until proven otherwise”.
This guy must have been waiting for this very moment to post on this alt .
Yep, your name checks out. Great evidence. Also great argumentation: if anyone disagrees with you or shows any concern about what you say, blow it off and start assigning news channels to them; that’s very professional. Do you want to be viewed and believed to be a professional or just another derp wow forum-goer? You are swinging for both.
Why are you so lazy? People have directed you to where you can read more info on things. You refuse to look for yourself. You must’ve been spoon-fed from the day you were born if you need everyone else to do everything for you.
Either way, enjoy keeping your head in the sand.
Really it was a simple question I asked.
If the only response I get is to reread a 30 page document, and refusal to answer, I’m going to have to assume they don’t have the answer and it’s not actually in there.
Yeah and this kind of stuff has been overlooked for YEARS. People would always dismiss it as just boys being boys. 15 years ago I bet this wouldn’t even make news. Kudos for the survivors for being brave enough to share their stories.
YEP! Happened to two of my friends. I literally became an organizational psychologist because I was so fed up with the way companies ran. So many companies have the boys club BS feeling about them.
They get obstinate when you tell them that they don’t actually have an inclusive, safe environment like they claim to have. You can have all the statistical analyses, surveys, interviews, and experience in the world; they’ll always say that you don’t know their company like they know their company. The culture of the organization makes cleaning places like this up so difficult, because it’s embedded in the entire organization and you have little authority from the outside.
I’m not surprised but thoroughly disgusted with this whole thing. It makes no sense for me to play this game when I spent several years getting to where I’m at because of this.
So you don’t have to read it but others need to in order to present the evidence to you in a nice package? Again, stop being lazy and self centered. You want evidence, it’s there.
If they claim to know the answer, they don’t have to reread it at all. They can just say what they saw when they say they saw it.
An estimation of what they think they read.
Really anything will do
Yeah, that’s why Quinton Flynn got that written apology from Blizzard and his old positio… Oh, nevermind.
Pictures of someone being passed around leading to their suicide, multiple eye witnesses in a public setting of harassment. I’m not sure why you continue to claim that’s not actually evidence.
That’s… not even close to what my question was.
Do you know what you’re arguing with me about right now? Because you just completely changed the topic
You say you won’t believe one thing or another until there is evidence. I told you evidence. I’m not sure why you’re having a hard time following.
Simple solution: don’t take nude photos of yourself.
