Insane we have a two year investigation from the government, tons of former employees coming out about their experiences, and frocking Bobby Kotick being in Epstein black book and people still think this could be false.
I get that for some of us this is insane that such behaviour could be so rampant. But this is the third major game company I can think of that’s had these issues come up recently (Riot, Ubisoft).
You don’t get this much smoke without a forest fire.

The fact they have medical health care then most of the country states that alone. But keep b!tching about Cali and ignore what Blizzard is doing because Cali bad. Dude, that is America unless you live in a very rural small town. Not only cali. I’ve seen that everywhere from Florida to Georgia to NC. NY, NJ and even the raining city.
It is everywhere. Of did you not look and see there is a housing market issue and an opioid crises. Let’s not even get into medical debt that make people homeless.
But let’s blame one state in the whole country that is suffering from the same problem.

Yeah. Definitely fair points. However, 22 years as an attorney here, let me just say this:
The state also, after two years, is under immense pressure to justify that 2 years and the money spent to file something. Have seen this happen countless times. Again, it all may be true but given the history of every lawsuit I have filed or been a defender of, rarely are the initial filings held up. Very rarely.
Witness statements ARE evidence.

Ohhh, that’s why there is rampant poverty, homelessness, corrupt city officials, and a horrible economy despite having so many natural resources and big companies operating there.
Thing is I’m not defending them.
